Quarto, [8] pages with the title page decorated with colour flags of the Allied nations, the balance printed in two colours.

Overlapping two-colour wrappers a little torn at the leading edges and a little discoloured; a very good copy (internally fine).

All those involved generously gave their services: 'Madame Melba, Miss Doris Madden, Mr John Lemmone, Mr Fred C. Collier, Mr W. Burrell and the Adelaide Choral Society' (and presumably the The Howard Correspondence College Limited Printing Works).

Offered together with two other ephemeral publications relating to Melba: 'Souvenir. Grand Opera Season. Her Majesty's Theatre Sydney 1928. Presented by J.C. Williamson and Dame Nellie Melba' (Sydney, 1928; quarto; in excellent condition) and 'Music in Australia. Volume VI, Number 9, 20 March 1931' ('Melba: Special Articles on the Diva and Her Records in This Issue'; an excellent copy).
