Poltoonga School was a private school for girls run by the Misses Henderson from their family home 'Poltoonga' on Harrow Road, College Park, South Australia. With the pencilled ownership signature of one Mary Button, who is mentioned in the magazine as a kindergarten student. Offered together with an engraved prize cup (approximately 145 × 115 mm) with the school's crest, awarded to Miss Button for winning the school egg and spoon race in 1934.
