Cloth; a fine copy with the unclipped dustwrapper in excellent condition apart from a few tiny edge tears and some small stains to the front panel.

Provenance: the Glover copy, with the armorial bookplate of Charles R.J. Glover on the front pastedown (and his initialled note in pencil nearby: 'Read April 1936'). Loosely inserted are eight contemporary newspaper and journal cuttings relating to the book; a small relevant cutting is tipped in on the half-title.
