Red cloth flecked, marked (mainly at the rear) and a little worn at the extremities, with two small holes in the cloth on the front joint; edges foxed, with scattered foxing elsewhere; inner hinges split and a little tender, but the covers are still firmly attached by the cloth tapes; old tape-stain to a sealed tear to one leaf; minor signs of use and age; overall a very decent copy.
