Most of the leaves are bound into two groups, each fastened with a single staple; all leaves have a vertical creased down the centre; there are a few corner creases and trifling edge tears; overall, in very good condition.
This 'Souvenir Edition' chronicles the events of the voyage from Brisbane to Southampton, 7 December 1926 to 25 January 1927. The 'Ocean Friendships' leaf contains the signatures of 29 people, nearly all of them identifying themselves as being part of the ship's crew. The calling card of one of them, Mrs Jean Morton, the nursing sister on board, comes with the lot.
