The edition is limited to 220 numbered and signed copies, with only 100 for sale. This is number 148. (Copies of the author's companion volume, 'The Wakefield Press, 1942-1978', published by the Book Collectors Society of South Australia in 1993 in an edition of 200 numbered and signed copies for sale, are available for $30 each).
