Quarto, 32 pages (including the wrappers) with numerous illustrations (12 pages are printed in full colour, including the centrespread recipes).

Colour-pictorial wrappers slightly chipped and creased; inoffensive light oil stains to the rear cover, affecting slightly the last two leaves as well; a very good copy.

'As tea and coffee are better bought in small quantities for immediate use, we give a discount or share of savings for continuous purchasing.' These attractive catalogues are rare in our experience, probably accountably so, given the presumed target audience, the budget-conscious housewife. Trove records just five of the nine editions, with only eight copies in total: the first (one copy), the second (2), third (2), fourth (2) and ninth editions (with only one copy of the latter, in the State Library of Victoria, with the tentative date 1950?).
