Green watered cloth, lettered in gilt on the spine and front cover; cloth lightly stained, and very lightly worn and bumped at the extremities; edges a little marked; trifling signs of use and age; an excellent copy.

With the bookplate of noted book collector Tristan Buesst. Two appendices (totalling 32 pages) are new to this edition; they contain 'a copy of the South Australian Act; and the regulations made by the South Australian Commission for the disposal of lands in the colony; for the preliminary sales of colonial lands, in this country; and for the emigration of labourers'. Ferguson 2068 (calling for a 'slip giving the address of the South Australian Company ... on the fly leaf').
