Title-wrappers slightly marked and rubbed, with an early ownership signature on the front cover; vertical crease down the centre throughout; tiny marginal tears to a few leaves expertly sealed; a very good copy of a fragile item clearly not made to last.

A well-illustrated work with a substantial amount of text; the foreword, dated 1 November 1926, provides some context. 'In presenting this Souvenir of the Yorke's Peninsula districts, the Proprietors of "The Register" wish to tender thanks to all who helped their representative (Mr Alton F. Waddy) to gather the material for the articles recently published in the columns of "The Register" and "The Observer"'.
