Stiffened wrappers lightly chipped (mainly along the slightly overlapping leading edges); spine a little sunned; short tear to the rear cover and last leaf expertly sealed; wrappers and adjacent leaves a little foxed, with occasional light foxing elsewhere; creases to the top corner tips of some leaves at the rear; overall an excellent copy.
G.H. Cargeeg has a pictorial advertisement on the outside rear wrapper for his 'News- and General Advertising Agency', and on page 130 he appears as the manufacturer of 'Cargeeg's Chromograph, an Apparatus for Multiplying Copies ... without the Aid of a Press'. Not located in Trove.
