Card covers (with the title in red on the front panel) unevenly sunned; minor crease to two corners throughout; an excellent copy, uncut and unopened.
The lengthy colophon on the verso of the rear cover states that the item 'was wholly set by hand by Harrison Bryan & Brian Donaghey and printed with the assistance of the English Honours students in the University of Queensland'. Loosely inserted is a mimeographed letter signed by Brian Donaghey to Noel Stockdale at the ANU (16 May 1963), concerning this 'first substantial production from the Shapcott Press'.
